1. General Terms
Refunds are applicable only to payments made for services provided by LeadAssist under Balaji Teleserve Pvt Ltd.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the original payment method, unless otherwise specified.

2. Subscription-Based Services
LeadAssist offers chatbot services on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). The following terms apply:
Cancellation Within 7 Days: If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of your initial subscription payment, provided you notify us in writing and have not extensively utilized the service (e.g., deployment of chatbots or significant usage beyond a trial scope).
Post 7-Day Period: No refunds will be issued for subscription fees after the initial 7-day period, except in cases outlined under Section 4 (Service Non-Delivery or Defects).
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds will not be provided for auto-renewed subscriptions if the cancellation request is made after the renewal date.
3. One-Time Purchases
For one-time service purchases (e.g., custom chatbot development or setup fees):
Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase if the service has not been delivered or initiated.
Once the service delivery process has started (e.g., chatbot design or integration begins), no refunds will be issued unless there is a failure to deliver as per the agreed terms (see Section 4).
4. Service Non-Delivery or Defects
If LeadAssist fails to deliver the promised service due to technical issues or other reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of non-delivery.
To request a refund under this clause, please provide detailed information about the issue, including screenshots or evidence, if applicable.
Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by customer-side factors, such as incorrect setup, failure to provide required information, or third-party system incompatibilities.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
Fees for services already rendered or partially completed.
Charges for additional usage beyond the subscribed plan (e.g., overage fees).
Payments made for promotional offers, discounts, or free trials (unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms).
6. Refund Process
